Are there any companies out there that are looking for a contract Loan Processor. I have been in the mortgage industry for over 15 years. I have done it all: Loan Closer, Loan Processor, Level 2 FHA Underwriter, Level 1 Freddie/Fannie Underwriter, and most recently a Home Mortgage Consultant/Loan Officer. Although some people have said I am crazy, I love loan processing and it is what I prefer to do. I moved to Texas in October of 2009. I live in a really small town about an hour and a half from San Antonio. If anyone knows of any companies that are looking for contract loan processors, I would greatly appreciate the information.
