Processing Experience Summary
• Knowledge and experience in processing FHA/ VA, Streamlines, Conventional Refi's and Purchase's and USDA loans.
• Efficiently processed and closed up to 25 loans in 1 months time.
• Maintains high level of communication on a daily basis with branch manager's and or loan officer's regarding all loans in processing pipeline.
• Review/ Input all loan applications (1003) and prepare all RESPA and HUD disclosures state specific as well, ensure that the POINT files are always updated and all information is correctly inputted (i.e. mortgage payoff amount and fees pertaining to loan.)
• Order and receive all appraisals, title/escrow, mortgage payoffs, CAIVRS, FHA Connection, VA Case Assignment, VOE's, VOD's, VOM's with extensive contact with closing agents regarding any and all documentation.
• Submit complete loan packages to any and all lenders of branch manager's and or loan officer's choice, make sure all loans are compliant and that all items needed for submission have been retained.
• Review loan approvals once they are received sending out a “conditions needs list” to the loan officer's and or mortgage brokers pertaining to their loans. Conditions needs list will be loan specific at all times.
• Clear and and all “prior to doc” and “prior to funding” conditions that are needed during the loan process.
• Order /review loan documents for signing, ensure that loan closing documentation is received with the closing agent and forwarded to the notary for signing.
• Verify that all prior to funding conditions have been met and that all needed information is cleared and loan is ready to fund 3 days prior to funding.
• Quality control review and packaging of closed files. Shipping to corporate per loan officer/ mortgage broker's choice.
• Processed and submitted loan modification packages to several banks. Worked with these banks during the trial modification process and final approval of the loan modification.
