I am getting back into the nanny scene after 3 years and am wondering what going rates are now? I am currently watching 3 kids 7, 5 and 5 months and am charging $10 an hour. I have 6 plus years of experience and am cpr and first aid certified, is this a reasonable rate or should I be charging more or less? What about for just the baby? Or for 4 kids? Is $425 a week decent? I would really like some insight.

i would charge between 15-20 hr....if they say 10hr i would have them pay ALL THE NANNY TAXES! ALSO GET EVERYTHING IN A WRITTEN CONTRACT!
