currently I am a live in nanny for a family with two children both under 4. my hours are 630 am to 830 pm monday-friday and a two to three hours less on the weekends. I work 7 days a week three weeks out of the month and have saturday and sunday off once a month. aside from caring for the children i do house hold cleanup like some laundry all the dishwashing sweeping up wiping things down etc. one of the children is in school 4 hours a day. i also take them
to various places a few times a week with out gas pay. I also prepare breakfast and lunch and from time help out with making their dinner. I feed them all meals. I give them all baths which is once a day each.aside from school i am in charge of the children from the time i wake them to the time i put them to bed. there are also weekly playdates where I am expected to watch them and other children. there are breaks through out each day the longest being two hours max for naps. on the weekends it's very common for me to be traveling with the entire famly to functions/playdates where I am in charge of them then as well.

I am given a room and bathroom and can eat what I want. They are very nice to me always asking if there's anything I need. I'm not really allowed to go anywhere unless it's my weekend off or I have to get something done since my day ends so late and I need to be up so early.

I make 21,000.

is this fair compensation for all i do?
