I have found the perfect nanny, (I think). During her initial interview she was great, and was very up front with me and my husband about a promotion of prostitution charge she had received over five years ago. She explained the whole story as to what had led up to the charge. Should we still hire her? We are so unsure because she has a wonderful resume, and her past employers had only good things to say about her. |

Personally, I would not hire her. I don't think I could rest knowing that she had a record...for prostitution? I'll bet there's more to the story than what she's telling you. Good luck |

She was upfront and honest about it. Everyone makes mistakes, and if everyone else said good things I would hire her. |

Because she was honest about it, it shows that she probably has nothing to hide and I would follow what seems to be your gut and hire her. Her positive references are the most telling thing. |
