Northern Nanny in Fort Lee, New Jersey

Hello

I had a question about pay for strange work hours. Okay so a family with two kids 9 and 12. Are looking for childcare from the hours of 4:30am to 8:30am 3x a week. I know early hours. They seem like a nice family. They live about 12 miles away from me.

I did ask what they are offering and the father went around the subject. I guess it is awkward on both sides. So what do you guys think?

I have been in the childcare field forever!! I work for a few families in Bergen County on occasion example: weekends,etc. Also, nanny one full day a week.

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
