should a nat'l sales mgr who also is expected to act as an int'l liason w/4 asian/soutamerican markets re:purchasing and product development be paid more than just a US Nat'l Sales Mgr selling a product?

You bet your ass they do, However companies are known for giving high postioned colleges more responsibilty.
