At what point can I justify hiring a network admin? Any articles out there or standards?

Just one do you have someone in your office at least once a day asking you how to do something on their computer? Then you need an IT Manager.

Do you have a critical server that must be online 24/7 and can not go down or else it costs the company money?
Then you need an It Manager.

Are your still talking on the phone using the old pot lines? Then you need an IT Manager.

Do you have slow computers that take forever to get your work done?
You know the answer.
