I'm curious as to just what qualifications most would look for in an entry level network support/administration/engineering position. It will be a few months yet before I'm actively shopping for jobs, but I'll have an AAS in Networking Administration with a Linux focus (including bash/perl/php scripting, c/c++ programming, LDAP configuration and support experience, and some web dev/database experience). I'll also have a CCNA with three semesters of hands-on experience with Cisco routers/switches in a lab environment. Will this be enough?
If not, what else would a hiring manager be looking for? I've checked around on job sites, and it seems every level 1 or "entry-level" job is looking for something different. I'm willing to extend my education, and even plan to eventually, possibly going so far as a masters in Information Assurance/Security (I'd like to be an IS professional eventually). Is this necessary right now though? Would I be better off getting a few years experience and my CCNP and a few other certs under my belt first?

Apologies for the double-post, but I should also mention that I have ~2 years of IT contract experience under my belt, about half in tech support and the other half as a member of a support team for a Service Request / Change Ticket system. I've also worked briefly as a desktop tech and have a fair amount of experience with hardware/software maintenance in both Linux and Microsoft environments.
