Do you have a flash drive? save the downloads on the flash - take the flash to each of the 24 computers and run downlowds,

Create a shared folder on the main computer. Create a batchscript that refers to that shared folder & the AV files. Put the batchfile in the startup folder on the workstations, so that it automatically runs when users start up.

If you have a server, it's easier to just put it in the netlogon Script for all users.
