At least 5 years of IP network experience in a WAN environment that includes designing, engineering, testing, and implementing network solutions on Cisco equipment.

Strong knlowledge and hands-on experience with network routing protocols such as OSPF, BGP, RIP, HSRP.

Strong knowledge of VLSM (ip addressing)

Knowledge of WAN protocols (ATM / Frame Relay, ISDN, PPP)

Detailed understanding of routing redistribution, route maps, and policy routing to control traffic among multiple processes using BGP, OSPF and Static

Experience with MPLS / QOS design and deployment

Fluent in cisco equipment such as routers and switches

Must be proactive, have strong team building skills, and be able to work independently.
