hey all,

I'm scoping out a potential move to Seattle in the Spring, and I'm attempting to determine a realistic pay range. Can anyone help?

I'm the lead network engineer for a health insurance company. I've been doing this sort of thing for the last 15 years.

I'd like to find a position that would give me a degree of leadership responsibility, but that's not a requirement. My current plan, because of my current distance from Seattle, is to move then get a job.
