What are the pros to changing your CNA licence when you relocate to another State.

Recently i moved to a new state and i am having a hard time finding a CNA job even though there seems to be vacancy in the State all because o fmy New York Licence I think that all Licence should be valid as long as you are within the USA.

Well it doesn't really matter what your think if employers can't hire because you are not certified in that state. Why don't you try contacting the board that certifies Nurse's Aides within your state to find out the process. Usually you just have to pay some fees and do not have to test again if you already hold a certification from another state. CNAs do not hold licenses either.
