All LVN are Vocational schools.

Many community colleges offer LVN programs. Look on your state board of nursing website for a list of approved programs.

Theres preferred college of nursing in van nuys. They also offer part time 18 months which is what im goi g for since i work full time days. The cost is around 20,500.

The College of Medical Arts in Vallejo, CA is hosting an open house on 4/29/09 from 2:30pm to 4:30pm. Anyone interested in pursuing career in LVN, Nurse Assiant, and Restorative Nurse Assisant can go and check out. LVN program is 11 months for $18,000. Program starts soon.

For a list of state-approved LVN and RN programs in Texas as well as licensing information I would suggest going to www.texas-nursing-schools.com/. This is a good resource for both licesed and registered nurses. Good luck to you!
