I am a new ARNP(NP-C) with many years of experiience as an RN. For the lst 4 months I have been seeking ARNP position part time or full time but, unsuccessfully.I just need to start practicing. Do you know anyone willing to train a new graduate?

Have you tried Jackson Memorial Healthcare. I have an interview via Skype as a SICU NP which would be my first job. I have only been an ICU RN for four years, so it is scary that you are still looking for work.
