New graduate acute care nurse practitioner looking for job

Currently, I am a new graduate acute care nurse practitioner looking for a job; however, I have found this as a difficult endeavor. I have gone to three interviews so far, and not one offer. One job which seemed encouraging did not pan out. Although, the NP supervisor told me to call her when I was scheduled to take the boards and she would start the credentialing process, later leaving me an email that she had problems with seasoned preceptor to train me.
So, now I am out there trying to find work. I work as an ICU RN (three years) in Detroit presently and willing to relocate, but now I feel as if that is not enough. Previously, I was in business in construction for 17 years and I am really new at finding a job including the “finding job process”. I am trying to keep a positive attitude, but this has been discouraging. I read some of the comment in other post, so I thought maybe someone out there have any helpful hints.
