Does anyone know how big a chance new graduates have in finding jobs after graduating with ADN here in Quincy/Boston?

I have a masters degree in music and would like a career change. I'm not young anymore and I don't think I have time for missteps, so I'm trying to get as much info as I can before I start school again in summer/fall next year. Any information or whatever you wanna share is very much appreciated.
