Does anyone know anything about a company called 'black box' that keeps negative data on nurses? I talked to a nurse the other day that said there is a clearing house of sorts in DFW that employers call to get the scoop on nurses, private information that would seem to be illegal. I have googled the term every way I know how to and can't find anything. She told me to come on this site and I would see nurses talking about it, but so far, nothing.
