AIT programs in Massachusetts

I've been searching for months for an AIT program in the Boston area. Does anyone have any suggestions? How can I get my foot in the door? I have an MBA with concentrations in marketing and health care administration and MS in Gerontology. I have some experience in a mental health care facility as well as management experience.

Please share any information you have gathered. I will be graduating with my BS in Healthcare Administration and I apparently need AIT before boards in Boston for Long Term Care. Please help anyone. 19 years Health Care Experience here.
