I am licensed as a CPA in Texas and New Mexico; I have an MBA, a BA in Accounting and an Associate of Science degree. Twenty years experience as an accountant. Hope to be licensed as an Nursing Facility Administrator in six months by New Mexico.

I have been searching about a several months for an assistant administrator position in Dallas, Texas. I have contacted several nursing homes wiithout a break to help me get my foot in the door and gain valuable experience.

Could anyone tell me what to do to gain hands-on experience. Please help!
