Do some companies pay a lot more for this position than others? What does a top earner make in this field?

What skills should you learn to increase your salary?

Most of the Companies are outsourcing to contract clinics to do most of the testing, case management, and PRN nursing duties. One or two full time nurse managers are needed. Nurse Manager do not discuss what they make, so it not know what the top earners are. PRN contract Nursing are $28-$30 per hour.
