I am trying to decide what college I want to go to but first I need to pick a major. I want to be an Occupational Therapist, so should I go into Pre-Occupational Therapy major and minor/double minor in Human Development, Psychology, Rehabilitive Science, or Kinesiology? I basically need a plan A and if that isn't offered at a school then go onto plan B, C, etc. Right now this is what I am thinking; Plan A: Major in Pre OT and Minor in Rehabilitive Science
Or do you recommend something else? I need guidance on where to go with this...is Pre OT considered a bachelors and then I would go into a OT program for a masters or..? I am starting to get my research mixed all together when it comes to becoming an Occupational Therapist. Please straighten me out? |

Thank you! So would going for a major in human development with a double minor in rehabilitive science and psychology seem like a good route? I don't mind the little extra schooling, I kind of enjoy it actually. |
