It was a very good idea to hire spanish office workers; to make communications better in the community as well as the entire media. But like everything else in America,this well meant idea seems to be getting amiss as well. Go to any Temp service fascility looking for work;they will accept your application,but they will only call spanish applicants to be sent out on jobs. Spanish Apartment managers will call spanish applicants,before returning a call to someone who has been waiting a year longer and is qualified. But don't take my word for it, investicate for yourself.
