I am currently an Operations Coordinator with a large retail firm based in San Diego, CA. My current hourly wage is $13.00!!! I am way over work and under paid for the duties I preform. Since being hired my duties have doubled due to others leaving the company. How should I bring this subject up with my boss and when is a good time?
