How did you get your start doing operator work, and what career moves did you make to get to your current position?

I hold a class C wastewater Lic. state of Fl. Looking for a job in and around Palm Beach through Indian River County. As a treatment plant operator.
I also have a class E valid Fl Driver's license.
Appreciate any info you can give me. Thanks
