hey all, charisse toale here, i am an eye industry recruiter with a the leading eye industry recruiter, imatters.
can i tell you, our business is booming! our clients and the ophthalmology/optometry industry is shaking. the maturation of the market is growing (think boomers!) everyone is doing well and our vision is improving!
sub-sectors that are improving! yes, i can tell you retina, and cataract are at the top of the heap!
our biz really didn't experience the same loss that others did, as we have some fab. changes including chips in contacts to recognize the person in front of you or just great IOL's to take away the need for eyewear.. we are all good here!
