What is it like to be the General Manager of one of these retail organizations? What is the pay like for a GM? What are the hours like? I already work in retail and work for a company who does not believe in having a family and work life.

Not only the worst retail organization to work for, but possibly the worst organization to work for.

Their Regional Vice Presidents and Territory Directors will be some the most inhuman people you will come across.

No integrity. They will make you give them your soul and then they will fire you after milking every last drop out of you.

I wouldn't recommend working with Vision World. When they hire you, they make a verbal agreement and then they brake it or they said that they never agreed! Broke a verbal contract!!
