I will be the first to admit it, I am a vidiot. I started playing video games shortly after the Nintendo Entertainment System's release in the US, and have been hooked ever since. I remember when these games were considered a negative pock mark on kids who "wasted" there lives on them for hours at a time.

Now, video games, both console and internet-based comprise over 50% of the entertainment budget of the average American household, and roughly 35% globally. As a fan of FPS, my partners Lon & Tori sought to find a way to provide gamers with a way to make money doing what they love, playing games. But this process takes thinking & planning, and most importantly, CONTACTS.

Having been in sales & marketing since I was eight years old, I knew that this would not be an easy undertaking, but it would also not be impossible. The culmination of our efforts for the last five months is Wetworks Entertainment. Our company is dedicated to the love of the game, and rewarding those that strive to be the best. With this in mind, we are looking for a total of 35 outside sales representatives to offer marketing and advertising to businesses interested in obtaining sales from an otherwise unreachable market.

Even with all of our combined experience, finding qualified applicants has been a challenge, even though the earning potential is TRULY limitless, as many people are intimidated by a purely commission driven position.

What astonishes me is that with the constant outpouring of MLM scams, and internet based "Work from home & be a millionaire in a month" dubiousness, a legitimate opportunity to get into the next marketing revolution is difficult for sales representatives to wrap their heads around.

What I am looking for with this post is suggestions from you, the sales engines of the companies you work for to attract effective sales people. (Continued)
