What do you enjoy most about being a pbx operator? What do you dislike the most? Is it challenging? Are there many opportunities to learn and advance?

wow can you ask any more questions?? What I enjoy most is the people are on vacation and 9 times out of 10 they just have a simple question...and its so nice to help them out when there on the phone. Dislike?? not the job, not the customers..but working with alot of other woman..sometimes they can be very tacky..so you learn to go with the flow! Challenging...Most of all I challenge myself to do something more, like keep my extention numbers updatesd daily!! And to know who is on duty everyday and every hour, because they do change that fast in a hotel. You learn everyday at any job you do, as for advancement that is up to you and what you want out of the job.
