How did you get your start doing patient access representative work, and what career moves did you make to get to your current position?

I have a job doing patient access rep work in the ER department. You need to know medical term, have alttle experience working in medical office field, or be a college student in the healthcare field like me, I'm going to school to become a medical coder/biller. So good luck.
