Do you have any tips to help prepare for an upcoming patient access representative interview?

Are there common interview questions that come up again and again?

You will need to know medical terminology and know insurance. Patient Access is mostly knowing how to verify insurance (all types) and knowing how to collect upfront fees. I have been a patient access rep for years and most of the questions they will ask you are how well you know medical terminology and how comfortable are you asking for upfront collections.
