I think anytime you help bring in a lot of money in collections/outstanding balances, the employer should consider this and compensate the employee better. Especially if the position does not include any type of commission or bonuses. If this is the case, they should increase the hourly pay a reasonable amount to compensate, whether an employee is degreed or not. Don't you agree?
