How did you get your start doing patient care coordinator work, and what career moves did you make to get to your current position?

Do you need a particular educational background?

PS My post was in regard to a Patient Care Coordinator career. What are the education requiements, what kinds of jobs are there out there, etc. Does one work for him/herself? For an agency? How does one go about "breaking into" this career?
