Depending on the job. I worked in Chicago and had a wonderful job that included admitting the patient, helping them solve problems with their stay and it was rewarding. It kept me there for 5 years while I was in school. Training? With each patient position them as you mother or grandmother and go as far as you would with that patient as you would your relative.
