This is a really vague question, not to mention poorly worded. I'm not sure anyone will be able to help unless you specify what your wanting to know.

Generic answer:

Find Peoplebooks/Peoplesoft/Oracle documentation online, and start there. Better yet, enrole on a Oracle University course.
