Hey guys hope some of you can help me out. I have been very optimistic to get a job as a personal banker for chase in a very long time. I was told by a different branch that i would excel as a personal banker(they where full but told me in the summer that chase was hiring a lot of bankers). Anyway i took the test and know for sure that i passed. Anyway i keeping getting letters from online that say that after careful consideration they will not interview me. Is there anything i can do to avoid this. I have cashier experience as well as 3 years of sales experience. I know i will ace the interviews because of the help on this site. I feel maybe its my cover letter and resume. Somebody please help
