Do bilingual personal bankers have any evident advantage over regular PB's?

Is there anybody out there working as a bilingual personal banker? What advantages do you have in comparison to your coworkers? Does the bank have a database for a certain niche or do you have to find your leads?

I don't see any advantage working as a bilingual personal banker. I speak three languages; The bank use me as a translator. The pay is the same as someone who speaks one language. In the end of the day, I am exausted in comparison to my coworkers.

I get paid the same and I speak Spanish too. At least in Northeast Georgia, it does not pay more.
