Comb in Ambridge, Pennsylvania

I have had to cut my work schedule to 16 hrs per week to care for my father who has dementia,heart,kidney and is blind. I am self employed and am in danger of losing my business. My question is, does the state of Pennsylvania have a personal care assistant program that would supplement my income as a paid assistant for my father?
