Hello well I been working at the walmart pharmacy for about 3 months now. I have learned input, filling, and tasco. The only problem that I still face is the third party rejections and troubleshoot. The proper logic would be to ask my co workers but they always seem "to be busy" or not care. Is anyone here a walmart pharmacy tech? and is it necessary to learn the insurance abbrev. like btx, tri, hum? please help.
Insurance troubleshoot I don't understand :

* prior authorization required
* In what situations can I use the patients discount card along with their insurance?
