I've completed my course in Phlebotomy and received a certificate. How are you supposed to get a job as a Phlebotomist, when no one is willing to hire you even as a trainee or to have an apprentice type position to start to see if you could do the job? |

I am having the same problem, I have my certificate, but all the jobs are asking for experience. I am becoming frustrated with job placement. The hospitals are requiring prior hospital experience...where do i go from here? |
