1. When the client looks at your images and says WOW! It's the WOW factor.
2. People that call themselves photographers, but really they are only a person that owns a camera, and charging $35.00 a job and killing a good industry.
3. Every assignment is a challenge, each one teaches you something new.
4. The very best way to learn and advance is to become an assistant, especially with a great photographer.
5. The passion for the WOW factor :-)

Over 30 years at it and I just can't wait to go to work the next day.
