I was using a Little Giant ladder in Fairfax VA. when the joint moved transferring outward force to the feet causing it to slide out from under me. I broke my hand, tendons and dislocated my thumb.
I contacted the ladder company and advised them of their problem with the ladder and asked for their help with my injuries. They declined leaving me no options.
I do not have insurance and I am the sole provider for three young girls ages 4 to 11 and desperately need surgery for my injuries caused by my fall.
This case will be going to court soon and I am in desperate need of qualified experts that can explain to the courts what is obvious to me and every contractor that has seen this ladder.
I have a very short 4mb video that will show you everything.
I am willing to pay for your time to do the necessary research and for any time in court. (If needed)
