i was given a job at work today that requires me to 2-hole a flange that has a 45 degree elbow.any tips or easy ways?any help please

easy just set your pins through the flange holes and instead of using the bubble (on your torpedo level) horizontal turn the flange so the two holes are 45 degrees and use the 45 degree sight on your level.then turn the elbow horizontal and level that.Weld it and bob's your uncle!!

Yes, tack it to a piece of pipe at the the proper angle, plum face of 45 than two hole flange, after welds out remove pipe. hope that helped. kenanddebbie@hotmail.com
