I am a student in the third year of my bachelors of Science program in management at Indiana Wesleyan University. I have aspirations of one day becoming the plant manager of a manufacturing plant. I have worked in manufacturing for 17 years in many different positions. My most recent position is that of a Team Leader. I have served on many teams and I am well versed in 5s, visual manufacturing, and six sigma.

Are there any plant managers that can tell me what other experiences or education would help me to obtain this goal?
