What do you guys do for employee moral? we started giving out awards to the top 3 employees with the best attendence through out the 2007 fiscal year, and the employees really liked it.

I recommend the Gallup Q12 poll (you can look it up on web for details). It is a quick survey to identify where you are on morale and what areas need the most attention. Once that is understood, you can proceed with a tactical plan to make improvements in the focus-areas.
