I have seen pay from as little as 10 bucks per hour on up to 37 per hour. I believe it all depends on, the company, the area, population, etc.
I started out 20 some years ago with an associates degree and no experience. Got lucky to get my foot in the door and have worked for 9 different companies. Last job I was at hired some young guys out of Bismark State's operator program. They were really sharp so the program is doing something right.
