Mrsar. 3 I will be going to College taking 9hrs. and seek work in culinary. I have 30 yrs.of experence in all area of the resturant. Recently head chef for a trucking co. i Indiana called Food Service Inc. for 1year. Taught culinary/lab instructor @ Ivy Tech. in Gary,In. Looking for somthing less involved just cooking, preping, pastries,ect. that will help me succeed in finising my education with out much stress. I am a hard worker and use to own my own business in catering. Please help! Thank you jc
