Any help tips??? I have a 2 year old daughter and I have worked with a lot of kids, I know i have experiance with children, but other than working with them what are some tips for getting the job, I have the personality, I am very loving, very out going, and i can handle children very well, But the preschool is an academy who specializes in NAEYC, please i would love nothing more than to get this job, any tips would be great.

I am having a preschool interview next Wednesday. I would like some tips and answers. I have been a Pre-K teacher por almost four years, I am caring loving, and nurture with all the children> I am a hard working teacher and I can handle children very well with out any problem. I had an intreview las year with the same school district and now I would like to be more prepared to the intreview because I need help on this.
