I am in college and trying to decide if preschool teacher is the correct career choice for me.
I was wondering if anyone that is a preschool teacher could tell me what it is really like. How many hours a week do you usually work, at school and preparing.
Just anyhting about what it really is like would be helpful.

Being a preschool teacher can be a very rewarding job , but if your looking to make a lot of money consider a different career path . I was a preschool teacher for several years , but found that I would never live the life I wanted on that type of salary . I have a B.S. degree in child development and I have found that the more education you obtain in early childhood education the better off you will be ....I have decided to get a masters degree in early childhood education ...best of luck
