I am making 59,000 in Cambridge MA working for Analog Devices 10+ years with a BS degree. Is this good?

No. You should be making far more than that having 10 years experience, ESPECIALLY along the east coast. Average Chem.E.'s in the Midwest with 10+ years experience usually make 75K and above.

Just as a comparison. I will be graduating with my B.S in Chem E in May and got an offer in Mississippi (15% lower cost of living than average) of 63K/ yr, 3k signing bonus and 10% (0-30% range) target bonus. Is this good?
